Ticket status

Tickets can be:
  • Open
  • Resolved
  • Waiting on customer
  • Waiting on third party
To update the status of the ticket, simply click on the current status and choose a new one from the dropdown menu.

Once updated, the ticket will automatically move to the appropriate folder. You can access these folders in the sidebar.
