Labels
Labels are a useful way to organize your tickets. Each mailbox has its own set of labels, and you can create as many as you need.
To create a label, go to Settings and select the Labels option for one of your mailboxes.
Creating a label is simple. Just choose a name and assign a color.
Once saved, you can apply the label to a ticket, and it will appear under the corresponding label in the sidebar.
