Public and Internal Pages

The Knowledge Base is divided into two types of pages:

Public Pages: These are published on your knowledge base with a unique URL, making them accessible to your customers.

Internal Pages: These are visible only to your team and are used by AI to improve and generate more accurate replies.

To create a new category in either the Public or Internal sections, simply click on the (+) icon.
