Personalize your Help Center

You can personalize your public pages by going to the Knowledge Base Settings page and clicking on the Cog icon in the title.

A quick guide for your Public Pages: 
  • Public URL: Your unique Knowledge base URL, tied to your account.
  • Company Logo: We recommend uploading a square, SVG file of your logo.
  • Meta Data: This is the information shown in your knowledge base header across all pages, crucial for SEO and improving your page's visibility.
  • Contact Page Form: Set which mailbox will receive your public contact form submissions, and include a brief description to guide customers on the details when sending a message. This could be instructions to include an order number.
  • Footer Links: Add important URLs such as your website, and legal links, like Terms and Conditions.
