Mailbox settings

Each mailbox has unique settings. Separating settings works well when you have multiple business functions in your Fleek account. E.g. Support, Sales, Marketing, etc.

To change one of your Mailbox settings, go to your Mailboxes in your control panel.

This is the name that shows up throughout your Fleek app.

This is the email address of your mailbox. Please make sure your Fleek mailbox address matches your original email address exactly. If your email provider address is support@yourcompany.com, then your Fleek mailbox address will be the same: support@yourcompany.com

By default, Fleek AI will automatically generate replies for you. If you'd prefer to disable this feature, you can switch the auto-generate option OFF.
